Rufino uses state-of-the-art technology to reduce its carbon footprint. Highly sensitive process controllers ensure that no excess energy is wasted, and that the recirculating system eliminates the need for after-burners commonly used in typical roasting systems. The result is as much as a 77% reduction in CO2 emissions and fuel consumption compared to a typical roaster.

Miscela Classica has a bright and sweet taste with hints of caramel. This incredibly versatile espresso leaves a cocoa flavour pleasantly lingering on the palate.
