The Rancilio Rocky grinder has grinding burrs with a diameter of 1.9 (50mm), guaranteeing a production of 5.5-7.7 lb / hour (2.5 - 3.5 kg/h). The dosage is 0.2 oz (7g), with a capacity for 10.5 oz (300 g) of coffee beans.
It is designed to deliver 55 different types of quality grounds at the press of a button, all without imparting additional heat during the process. With this doserless version of the Rocky Grinder, you'll have more manual control over the amount of grounds you deliver to your chosen filter or carafe.
